Smoulder and scorch has started working with the best pizza suppliers in the south-west. Due to demand we have formed some close relationships with local suppliers who must all follow the same ethos as Smoulder & Scorch . The products are all locally sourced and everything is cooked over wood or charcoal. This is suitable for many types of events. Wedding/Parties fetes etc etc.
The dough is all made by hand, the toppings and sides will all be made following authentic Italian recipes.
the fuel is sustainable and all boxes are biodegradable.
Vendors must have a 5* EHO rating from their local authority. We will require access to fresh drinkable water 6mx3m of working space as well as parking for a van.
